Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Recruiting Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring of factory hands, artisans and semi‑skilled staff for our manufacturing operations in Takoradi. The role is fully field‑based, requiring proactive engagement with local communities and hands‑on coordination of the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans and operational staff.
• Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting and coordinate deployment of selected candidates.
• Support recruitment for skilled positions as needed.
• Organise and lead field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Engage community leaders and represent the company at recruitment activations and walk‑ins.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, daily hiring trackers and real‑time data updates.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and verify candidate joining requirements.
• Uphold recruitment standards, ethics and compliance throughout the process.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, outsourcing or industrial manpower supply.
• Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
