Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Recruiting Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for factory hands, artisans and semi‑skilled staff in Takoradi and the wider Western Region of Ghana. The role is fully hands‑on and field‑based, requiring you to engage directly with communities and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume recruitment of factory hands, artisans and operational staff.
• Conduct bulk screening, interviews, shortlisting and coordinate deployment of selected candidates.
• Support recruitment for skilled positions as needed.
• Organise and lead field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Engage community leaders and act as the company representative during recruitment activations and walk‑ins.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, daily hiring trackers and update data in real time.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and ensure candidates meet joining requirements.
• Uphold recruitment standards, ethics and compliance throughout the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, outsourcing/manpower supply or industrial recruitment.
• Strong understanding of factory manpower dynamics in Ghana.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills in English; fluency in local languages is a strong advantage.
