Recruitment Director

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Director to shape and execute our talent acquisition strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive end‑to‑end hiring processes and build strong talent pipelines across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through multiple channels and partnerships.
• Partner with senior management and department heads on workforce planning and critical hiring needs.
• Establish recruitment policies, processes and performance metrics.
• Improve recruitment efficiency using ATS, data analytics and digital recruitment tools.
• Manage recruitment budgets, agencies and external talent partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing recruitment teams and large‑scale hiring projects.
• Experience in multinational companies or fast‑growing organisations is preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and experience using HR systems and recruitment data.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
