Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking an energetic Recruitment Manager to lead its talent acquisition strategy across all levels, from shop‑floor operators to senior supervisors. The role combines public speaking, brand ambassadorship, and data‑driven decision‑making to strengthen the employer brand and fill critical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for skilled workers, functional staff, and factory personnel.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies, including campus outreach and digital campaigns.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor the recruitment team, setting performance goals.
• Maintain real‑time recruitment dashboards and prepare quarterly talent acquisition reports.
• Oversee onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and documentation compliance.
• Negotiate compensation for critical and skilled positions.
• Represent Keda in meetings with government agencies, industry bodies, and community leaders.
• Organise field recruitment drives and build relationships with local influencers.
• Champion employer branding and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with Ghana labour laws and manage confirmation processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong public speaking and negotiation abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to analyse recruitment metrics.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Ghana labour regulations.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment dashboards and offer approval systems.
