Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring for a range of factory positions, from production workers to supervisors. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates and support the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for production, technical, warehouse, driver, and supervisory roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, agencies, referrals, and local channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Organise walk‑in interviews, job fairs, and mass recruitment events.
• Coordinate onboarding and verify completion of recruitment documentation.
• Maintain recruitment records and generate regular reports.
• Build talent pipelines to meet ongoing manpower needs.
• Perform other recruitment‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Experience with blue‑collar or high‑volume hiring is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
• Good command of written and spoken English; local language skills are a plus.
