Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics is seeking a charismatic and well‑connected Recruitment Supervisor to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for shop‑floor, supervisory and functional positions. You will act as the public face of the company, engaging with artisans, community leaders and professional talent to build a strong pipeline of skilled workers.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit skilled workers, functional staff and factory‑floor personnel.
• Maintain and update the Offer Approval sheet with real‑time recruitment data.
• Oversee onboarding, including bank account setup and verification for new hires.
• Ensure complete onboarding documentation and compliance.
• Lead salary negotiations for skilled positions.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment‑related reports.
• Represent Keda at external meetings with artisan groups, community heads and other stakeholders.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with local influencers for recruitment outreach.
• Supervise and coach the recruitment team, delivering training and mentoring sessions.

Required profile

• Preferably an internal candidate familiar with Keda’s systems and people.
• Confident, presentable and able to represent the company in both formal and grassroots settings.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Excellent public speaking and persuasive communication skills.
• Natural networker capable of building genuine relationships.
