Recruitment Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

The Recruitment Supervisor will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for Keda Ghana Ceramics, covering shop‑floor, supervisory and functional positions. This high‑visibility role requires a charismatic, well‑connected professional who can represent the company confidently in both formal and grassroots settings.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit skilled workers, functional staff and factory‑floor personnel.
• Maintain and update the Offer Approval (OA) sheet with real‑time recruitment data.
• Supervise onboarding, including coordination with banks to create and verify new hire accounts.
• Ensure complete onboarding documentation and compliance for all hires.
• Lead salary discussions and negotiations for skilled positions.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment‑related reports.
• Represent Keda at external meetings with artisan groups, community leaders and other stakeholders.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with assemblymen, community heads and local influencers.
• Oversee confirmation and record‑keeping for casual workers.
• Ensure completion of the joining checklist for every new hire.
• Coach, support and supervise the recruitment team, promoting best practices.
• Deliver training and mentoring sessions to improve internal recruitment capacity.

• Proactive, results‑driven and able to work without constant supervision.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and persuading candidates.
• Natural networker with ability to build genuine relationships across the community.
