Regional Brand Representative – West Africa

About the role

OnsaFX is seeking a Regional Brand Representative to lead its brand presence across West Africa. Based in Ghana, you will travel throughout the region to represent the regulated brokerage at expos, conferences and partner meetings, building a strong network of Introducing Brokers and trading communities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent OnsaFX at industry events, expos, seminars and conferences across West Africa.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners.
• Increase regional visibility by communicating brand values and positioning offerings.
• Host and coordinate community sessions, meetups and educational events both online and in‑person.
• Deliver market updates, platform walkthroughs and business presentations to potential partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute expansion strategies and report market feedback, opportunities and competitor insights.
• Maintain a professional, credible presence as the brand leader in the region.

Required profile

• Based in Ghana with willingness to travel regionally.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry (brokerage, IB network, sales, business development or education).
• Strong understanding of brokerage models, IB structures and partner growth strategies.
• Confident public communicator with ability to present the brand clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close partnerships within trading communities.
• Highly organized, self‑managed and able to operate independently.
• High professional standards, integrity and alignment with a regulated environment.
