Regional Director

About the role

Exos is looking for a Regional Director to lead operational excellence, budget management, and stakeholder engagement for a major global client. This remote position, ideally based in the Central Region/CST timezone, requires strategic leadership, travel, and close collaboration with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to build relationships, provide market insights, and act as a regional ambassador.
• Forecast, track, and manage service levels, staffing, and revenue targets while ensuring budget alignment.
• Execute corporate and regional strategies, drive service delivery improvements, and measure success through OKRs and KPIs.
• Oversee standardized processes, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with the Center of Excellence to enhance efficiencies.
• Support and develop staff, manage turnover, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify growth opportunities, produce data‑driven reports, and lead quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field).
• Minimum 5 years managing multi‑site wellness or fitness operations.
• Proven experience in regional management, operational oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
