Regional Manager – Field Sales

About the role

M-KOPA is seeking a Regional Manager to lead its field‑sales operations across the Bono, Bono East, Ahafo and Northern regions of Ghana. You will own end‑to‑end regional performance, shape strategy, and coach a high‑performing team while directly contributing to financial inclusion for underserved earners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales delivery, productivity and sustainable growth across 21 territories.
• Lead a team of 12 Sales Executives, Field Sales Managers and Deputy Regional Managers.
• Set strategic direction, allocate resources and re‑allocate territories using data‑driven scorecards.
• Maintain a strong field presence, coach frontline sales managers and ensure high standards of execution.
• Build and scale clusters, deepen existing markets and expand into new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in field‑based environments.
• Track record of managing large, geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable regional strategies.
• Motivation to grow into a Head of Sales role.
