About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales effort across Ghana, driving profitable and sustainable growth. You will manage Cluster Team Leaders, TCRs and field sales teams, ensuring commercial targets are met while fostering a high‑performance sales culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed sales, revenue, market‑share and growth targets for the region.
  • Lead, coach and develop Cluster Team Leaders, TCRs and field sales teams to ensure accountability and execution excellence.
  • Maintain portfolio quality with at least 90% repayment efficiency and an average customer usage rate of 1.2.
  • Develop and implement regional commercial strategies aligned with national business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention and usage for long‑term value.
  • Monitor sales, usage, repayment and operational data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with carbon, policy, operational and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to accelerate growth.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales management with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Strong team‑management and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results‑driven, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • High ethical standards and professionalism.
