Regional Sales Manager

About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach and expand our sales team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The role focuses on driving sales performance across the assigned region while upholding the high quality standards of OA&J Pharmaceuticals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the regional sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales representatives to improve their skills and productivity.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor sales metrics and report performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification in sales, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
