Remote Customer Support & Operations Assistant

About the role

Cecilia Bempah Enterprise is hiring a full-time Remote Customer Support & Operations Assistant based in Accra. The role combines customer service, order processing and logistics, and the maintenance of digital platforms and AI tools used in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and respond to enquiries promptly, providing accurate information and helping customers resolve issues.
• Manage customer communications and support requests through WhatsApp.
• Retrieve and organise incoming customer orders for pickers to fulfil, and coordinate deliveries by arranging ride-hailing and delivery services.
• Monitor order fulfilment, share delivery updates, and prepare and maintain accurate receipts and invoices.
• Update and maintain the backend of the company's website and mobile applications.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including posting content and promotions.
• Use AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini to draft communications, create content and streamline routine tasks.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Practical experience using WhatsApp Business.
• Familiarity with ride-hailing or delivery dispatch services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and confidence using digital platforms.
• Familiarity with website and mobile application backends.
• Knowledge of social media management and content updates.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
