About the role

Join B/CASTING STUDIO ® as a remote Model Agent intern and help shape the next generation of talent. You will work closely with models, scouts, and industry professionals to discover and nurture new faces while supporting the studio’s mission of authentic storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and scout emerging modeling talent through online platforms and industry networks.
• Maintain and develop relationships with models, clients, and creative partners.
• Match talent strengths with appropriate casting opportunities and client needs.
• Coordinate scheduling, casting calls, and administrative logistics remotely.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance talent representation.
