Remote Sales Representative

About the role

MIB Consult, a U.S. immigration consulting firm, is looking for a full‑time Remote Sales Representative to connect prospective clients with our EB‑2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) services. You will work from anywhere, using phone, WhatsApp and Zoom to engage and guide highly qualified professionals through the U.S. immigration process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, messaging and virtual meetings.
• Deliver clear, persuasive explanations of the firm’s NIW services to professionals with advanced academic backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and convert inquiries into signed engagements.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or client acquisition, preferably in high‑value professional services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a consultative sales approach.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Experience with sales and CRM tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, ClickUp, Zoom and WhatsApp.
