Retail Salesperson – Technology Products

About the role

Dougs Technologies is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson to work in its Mankessim store. You will interact directly with customers, understand their technology needs, and recommend the right computers, smartphones, accessories, and ICT services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, demonstrate product features, and answer technical questions.
• Prepare quotations, process sales transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Follow up with customers on inquiries, deliveries, setups, or repairs.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain product displays, monitor stock levels, and report market trends to management.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport.
• Basic technical knowledge of computers, smartphones, accessories, and ICT solutions.
• Effective communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational abilities and attention to detail in handling invoices and inventory.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset and willingness to learn about new products.
