Software Sales Executive

About the role

The Software Sales Executive will work on‑site in Accra, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for the company’s software solutions. You will manage the sales pipeline, conduct discovery meetings, and collaborate with technical teams to tailor proposals that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and conduct discovery meetings with prospective clients.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Coordinate with technical and product teams to customize solutions, maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide ongoing account management for retention and expansion.

Required profile

• Proven software sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong lead generation, consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
