Sales & Admission Executive

About the role

The Sales & Admission Executive will guide prospective students through every step of the enrollment journey at Riohs College of Design. Working on‑site in Accra, you will combine sales expertise with a passion for fashion education to meet defined intake targets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to phone, email and walk‑in inquiries from prospective learners.
• Conduct campus tours and clearly present program details and admission requirements.
• Follow up leads, manage application documentation and maintain accurate records in admission systems or spreadsheets.
• Prepare regular reports on inquiries, applications and conversion rates.
• Support marketing and outreach activities, including events, school visits and social‑media engagement.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service orientation with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and active‑listening abilities.
• Organised, able to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Interest in fashion, design or creative industries and a genuine desire to help learners succeed.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Availability to work on‑site in Accra, including occasional evenings or weekends during peak periods.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
