About the role
JRANGE GHANA is looking for an experienced commercial professional to lead the sales and marketing function for its pharmaceutical portfolio, driving strong field execution and performance across Accra and Tema.
Key responsibilities
- Set targets and manage performance of the sales team.
- Develop territory and account plans.
- Conduct sales analysis and forecasting.
- Improve field‑force effectiveness through coaching and accompanying fieldwork.
- Manage institutional and trade‑channel relationships.
- Execute product and brand strategies.
- Translate commercial strategy into actionable field activities.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management.
- Proven experience in target setting, performance management, and territory planning.
