Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role
RebajaNow services is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Accra. You will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and supporting property partners on our online discount platform.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, qualify and manage customer leads on a daily basis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Onboard new hospitality properties onto the platform.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to both clients and partners.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing activities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop (a plus).
