Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role
RebajaNow services is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Accra. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and promoting our online discount platform for hospitality services.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Onboard new property partners onto the platform.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Spend part of the week working in the field to engage with partners.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop.
