Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are a reputable industrial and cosmetics company looking for a performance‑driven Sales and Marketing Representative. You will be responsible for generating sales across our branches, meeting targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify new sales opportunities and nurture existing customer relationships.
• Maintain a clean, organized shop environment.
• Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure overall sales success.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail sales or marketing environment.
• Residence close to Weija (e.g., Dansoman, Kasoa, Kaneshie, Mallam).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and overtime.
• Hard‑working, punctual and detail‑oriented.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with retail Point of Sale (POS) software.
