Sales Attendant

About the role

The Sales Attendant will work full‑time on‑site in our Accra store, delivering friendly and knowledgeable service to every customer. You will be the front‑line representative, helping shoppers find the right products while keeping the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers and provide detailed product information.
• Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system.
• Maintain inventory levels and keep the store organized and clean.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service abilities, including communication, problem‑solving and professionalism.
• Sales and marketing aptitude such as upselling, understanding customer needs and applying sales strategies.
• Organizational and time‑management skills for inventory control and target achievement.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially POS systems and data entry.
• Team‑player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or sales experience is a plus.
