Sales Executive – Beverages & FMCG

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth for our beverage and FMCG portfolio in Accra. The role focuses on expanding market presence, building strong relationships with key accounts and distributors, and achieving sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales for our beverage and FMCG product range.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, wholesalers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
• Monitor competition and provide actionable feedback to management.
• Execute in‑store activations and promotional strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably within the beverage sector.
• Strong network across retail, wholesale and distribution channels.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented mindset.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.
