About the role
We are seeking an energetic and target‑driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Accra. The role focuses on expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback.
- Support promotional activities and business development initiatives.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Goal‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in retail, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or related sectors is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
