Sales Executive

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and communicate the value of our products to meet those requirements while supporting overall company sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and activity reports in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (advantageous).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and stay composed under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for lead tracking and management.
