Sales Executive

About the role

Dougs Technologies is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to work on‑site in Mankessim. The role involves engaging walk‑in and corporate customers, understanding their technology needs, and recommending appropriate computers, smartphones, accessories and ICT solutions. The successful candidate will drive sales, meet targets and support after‑sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in and corporate customers, assess their technology requirements.
• Present product features, prepare quotations and negotiate prices within company guidelines.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update sales logs.
• Follow up on leads, existing customers and coordinate delivery, installation and after‑sales support with the technical team.
• Support showroom merchandising, keep the display organized and stocked.
• Collect customer feedback and contribute to promotional activities and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• High school diploma; additional certificate or degree in Business, Marketing, ICT or related field is a plus.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills; able to explain technical products in simple terms.
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn basic computer, smartphone and ICT product knowledge.
• Availability to work full‑time on‑site in Mankessim, including weekends or extended hours when needed.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Prior experience in technology sales, retail or B2B sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
