Sales Executive

About the role

ATD Ghana Ltd is seeking motivated Sales Executives to expand its market presence across Tamale and the Northern Region. You will be the front‑line representative, building relationships with retailers, wholesalers and distributors while ensuring product availability.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
• Visit assigned retailers, wholesalers, distributors and other customers.
• Take orders, support timely delivery and manage stock replenishment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure ATD products are visible and available at assigned outlets.
• Achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market developments.
• Follow up on customer payments when required.
• Provide regular sales and market reports.
• Represent ATD professionally in the market.
• Support product promotions and trade‑marketing activities.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Required profile

• SHS certificate.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate with customers.
• Results‑oriented and target‑driven.
• Honest, disciplined and dependable.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field.
• Basic knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in the location applied for.

Required skills

• Basic ability to use a smartphone for communication and reporting.
