Sales Assistant (Tamale)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to support our branch in Tamale. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver excellent service to our construction equipment customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day shop activities.
• Process sales, arrange deliveries and handle after‑sales service requests.
• Develop detailed knowledge of construction equipment and answer customer enquiries.
• Test equipment before sales and maintain accurate sales documentation.
• Perform stock‑taking and support inventory management.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to drive sales.

Required profile

• National Certificate II, Diploma, HND or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or a related field.
• At least 12 months of sales experience or relevant internship.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the construction sector.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective use of social media platforms for business communication.
