Sales Executive – Life Assurance

About the role

StarLife Assurance is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its team in Adenta. This full‑time position combines on‑site client engagement with flexible work‑from‑home days, allowing you to build relationships and drive sales of life assurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new clients across the Accra & Tema region.
• Present and explain life assurance solutions, tailoring offers to customer needs.
• Guide customers through the sales and onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of policyholders, providing ongoing support.
• Track leads and sales activity using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and active listening skills.
• Basic financial literacy and familiarity with insurance concepts; experience in financial services is a plus.
• Organised, able to prioritise multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field.
