About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth in the steel sector, focusing on both new and existing customers. The role requires a consultative selling approach, leveraging industry knowledge to identify and qualify leads that translate into profitable opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
- Build rapport and establish long‑term relationships with customers.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
- In‑depth understanding of Ghana’s construction industry.
- Proven track record of over‑achieving sales quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
