Sales Manager – Kumasi, Ghana

About the role

Hebei Aojin Co., Ltd. is seeking experienced Sales Managers to lead its pump and mining equipment business in Kumasi, Ghana. This direct‑hire, long‑term position offers the chance to work with an international team and drive growth in a fast‑expanding market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and propose customized pump and mineral processing solutions that improve customer profitability.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining and processing clients, identifying needs and advancing the sales cycle.
• Coordinate with internal technical, supply‑chain, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and high‑quality support.
• Monitor market trends, gather frontline feedback, and contribute to product and business strategy development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the mining equipment sector, preferably with companies such as Weir or Metso.
• Hands‑on knowledge of at least two mineral processing equipment types (e.g., slurry pumps, crushers, filters).
• Local experience in Ghana’s mining or mineral processing industry and familiarity with the Kumasi market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently.
• Technical background or experience in application‑solution design is a plus.
