Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Executive will drive business development for Divine Elegance Ltd by managing client relationships and promoting our recruitment and training services across the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and nurture new and existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing plans.
• Prepare proposals and present solutions to prospective clients.
• Coordinate promotional activities and manage marketing campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Track performance metrics to optimise outreach and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong market research abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in recruitment, training or service‑oriented industries is an advantage.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with digital marketing tools or CRM systems.
