Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Sales Marketing Manager will drive business growth for Pillarix Construction Ltd. by combining strategic sales initiatives with effective marketing campaigns. Based on‑site in Kumasi, the role focuses on identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the company’s construction and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
• Develop, submit, and manage proposals and bids for projects.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Coordinate branding initiatives to enhance market presence.
• Collaborate with project and operations teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide performance reports and forecasts to leadership.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Background in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand positioning, preferably in construction or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Kumasi and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
