Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will drive business growth for The Capital Group Ltd by identifying market opportunities, engaging potential clients, and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Accra and reports to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage social media initiatives and digital marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the client base.

Required profile

• Strong market research abilities and analytical thinking.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Academic achievement of 1st Class or 2nd Class Upper, with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with social media marketing and digital platforms.
• Solid sales acumen and understanding of sales processes.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset.
