Sales & Marketing Operations Officer

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Operations Officer will ensure smooth trading and transport activities for our building‑materials portfolio. You will coordinate inventory flow, order processing and fleet movements while supporting the sales team with accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory of POP cement, fibre products, paints, marine plywood and related items.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and distribution of goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Monitor stock records, conduct regular verifications and prepare inventory reports for management.
• Process customer orders promptly and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule daily movement of trailers, trucks and drivers; track vehicle utilisation, fuel consumption and trip performance.
• Arrange vehicle maintenance, repairs and keep statutory documentation up‑to‑date.
• Prepare fleet performance reports and suggest operational improvements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Residence in Kasoa, Mallam, Weija, SCC, McCarthy Hill, Amanfrom or surrounding communities.
