Sales Representative – Gym Management Platform

About the role

We are launching a SaaS platform that streamlines gym operations – from memberships and payments to trainer bookings and member communication. As a Sales Representative based in Accra, you will drive gym acquisition and help owners adopt our solution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach gym owners and fitness businesses across Accra.
• Demonstrate the platform’s features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Follow up on leads, support gyms through the onboarding process, and ensure successful implementation.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with gym owners.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and self‑motivation.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and closing deals.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Interest in the fitness industry; suitable for university students, recent graduates, or individuals with backgrounds in sales, marketing, business development, or fitness.
