Sales Representative – Hilti (Oil & Gas)

About the role

Technorossa is seeking an active and commercially driven Sales Representative to grow its Hilti business within the Oil & Gas segment. You will work directly with engineers, procurement teams, contractors and project managers to promote high‑quality Hilti solutions in a demanding industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Promote Hilti products and solutions to existing and new clients.
• Build strong relationships with engineers, procurement teams, contractors and project managers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities and close sales.
• Maintain regular market visits and report on sales activities and pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within a technical or industrial field.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, construction, engineering or related sectors is a strong advantage.
• Engineering or technical education preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
• Good organisational skills and a professional attitude.
