Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Representative to join HAPPY Program in Kumasi. You will be responsible for identifying new customers, promoting our products and contributing to business growth. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where you can develop your sales expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the company.
• Promote and represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
• Sell and actively promote the company's products.
• Develop strategic approaches for reaching and engaging potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to business growth.
• Communicate the value and benefits of the company's products clearly.
• Work towards achieving agreed sales and customer acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Degree, HND, or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and engage potential customers.
• Persuasive and customer‑focused mindset.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary: GHS 1,500 per month for the first 3 months, increasing to GHS 1,700 thereafter, based on performance.
• Working hours: Monday‑Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
