Sales Representative – Multiple Regions (Volta, Northern, Central, Eastern)

About the role

Medisoft, a well‑known producer of soap and related products based in Tema, Ghana, is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to cover the Volta, Northern, Central and Eastern regions. The role involves promoting the company’s product range, building relationships with retailers and achieving regional sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Medisoft soap and other product lines to retailers and distributors in the assigned region.
• Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback on market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or sales promotion.
• Residence in the capital city of the assigned region.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
