Showroom Sales Representative

About the role

The Showroom Sales Representative will lead sales activities within the showroom, delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth. You will act as the senior point of contact, guiding the sales team while ensuring the showroom meets its performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Engage customers, understand their needs and recommend appropriate foam products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective sales to maximise conversions.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure effective product presentation, merchandising and overall showroom standards.
• Monitor product availability, customer preferences, competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly sales and customer reports.
• Support, coach and mentor showroom sales representatives to improve team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, customer service standards and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in sales, preferably in a showroom, retail or consumer‑goods environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships.
