Salesperson – Education Services

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a full‑time Salesperson to promote its mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship support services. Based in Accra, you will engage directly with prospective students, families, schools, and community partners to drive enrollment and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through in‑person and virtual presentations.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, track progress in a CRM, and meet enrollment targets.
• Provide accurate information about mentorship, tour, and scholarship offerings.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new participants.
• Gather feedback from clients and partners to support continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation, and prospecting abilities.
• Excellent customer‑relationship and communication skills.
• Basic marketing and outreach experience, including community engagement.
• Organizational skills for record‑keeping, reporting, and CRM usage.
• Understanding of education services or student support programs.
• Relevant experience in sales, client‑facing roles, or education services preferred.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, travel locally, and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Diploma in Marketing or related field beneficial; proficiency in basic office software.
