Salon Manager & Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Salon Manager & Content Lead to oversee daily salon operations while driving our online presence. The ideal candidate blends strong organisational abilities with a creative flair for visual storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client appointments from initial contact through checkout, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
• Supervise day‑to‑day salon activities, uphold high service standards, and coordinate the team.
• Produce engaging social‑media content—including reels, photos, before‑and‑after showcases, and promotional posts—to attract and retain followers.
• Respond promptly to messages, comments, and enquiries across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar aligned with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with stylists and staff to capture in‑salon moments that highlight services.

Required profile

• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling through visual content.
• Based in or able to commute to Adenta.
• Background in marketing or sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video and photo editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Lightroom.
