About the role
The Salon Supervisor will lead daily salon operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and a welcoming environment for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of salon staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and adherence to salon policies.
- Welcome clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor appointments, bookings, and client schedules.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor stock levels of salon products/supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Assist with inventory management and proper product usage.
Required profile
- Customer‑focused and approachable.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
