Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership that aligns resources, staff expertise and partnerships with student outcomes.
- Foster an inclusive, high‑expectation school environment focused on wellbeing and academic excellence.
- Use data and evidence‑based decision‑making to set goals, monitor progress and evaluate impact.
- Lead curriculum, policy and process improvements to enhance teaching quality.
- Build strong relationships with staff, students, families and external stakeholders.
