Score Programme Training Coordinator

About the role

The Association of Ghana Industries, in partnership with the International Labour Organisation, is seeking a dynamic Score Programme Training Coordinator to lead the design and delivery of training initiatives for small and medium‑size enterprises (SMEs) across Ghana. The role will support the implementation of the ILO’s SCORE (Sustainable Capacity‑building for Occupational Risk Education) programme, fostering collaboration between industry, training providers and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and facilitate SCORE training sessions for SMEs and corporate clients.
• Coordinate activities between at least two partner institutions, ensuring alignment of objectives and resources.
• Develop training materials and marketing communications for the programme.
• Engage with CEOs, senior staff and participants to assess training needs and evaluate outcomes.
• Monitor quality, production and OSHE standards within training delivery.

Required profile

• Master’s degree with minimum two years relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with six years experience.
• Experience in at least two of the following areas: Human Resource Management, Marketing of Training Services, factory quality/production/OSHE, SME training, multi‑institution coordination.
• Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent organisational and planning capabilities.
