About the role

Vanguard Assurance Co. Ltd is looking for a motivated Secretary to support daily office operations in Accra and the Tema region. The role involves handling telephone queries, managing diaries, and ensuring smooth administrative flow.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct telephone inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and organise executive diaries, schedule meetings and appointments.
  • File and archive documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Perform general office management tasks, including supply ordering and record keeping.

Required profile

  • Good organisational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Polite telephone manner and clear written communication.
  • NVTI Diploma in Secretaryship (preferred).
  • Preferred age range: 20‑25 years.
