About the role
BOT Properties is seeking a full‑time Security Guard to protect its residential and commercial assets in the Legon area. You will ensure the safety of tenants, homeowners, and visitors while maintaining a secure environment.
Key responsibilities
- Control access by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying visitor identities.
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned zones to detect and prevent security breaches.
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms and other surveillance equipment where applicable.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, disturbances or suspicious activities.
- Prepare clear and accurate incident reports.
Required profile
- Senior High School Certificate, Diploma or HND.
- 2–5 years of proven security experience.
- Minimum height of 5 ft 6 in.
- Valid National ID card and no criminal record.
- Physically fit for extended standing, walking and patrolling.
- Honest, trustworthy and able to stay calm under pressure.
