Security Guard

About the role

We are looking for dedicated Security Guards to join our team at various sites across the Accra and Tema region. The role involves safeguarding people, property and assets while maintaining a safe and orderly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to assigned premises, checking visitors, employees and vehicles.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and prevent security risks.
• Report suspicious activities or incidents promptly.
• Protect company property, equipment and assets from theft, damage or unauthorized access.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents.
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
• Enforce security procedures and site regulations.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with staff and visitors.
• Collaborate with supervisors and other security personnel to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform other security‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum SHS/WASSCE certificate and a valid Ghana Card.
• Male applicants only, physically fit, alert and disciplined.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous security experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including day or night assignments.
• Reliability, punctuality and responsibility.
