Security Officer

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Security Officer to guard our premises in the Tema – Kpone Barrier area. You will protect company assets, staff and visitors while maintaining a safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guard assigned premises and protect company assets, staff, and visitors.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and surrounding areas to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections of assigned locations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures at all times.
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or breaches immediately to supervisors.
• Assist during emergency situations and provide support when required.
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as scheduled.

Required profile

• Minimum Junior High School (JHS) or Senior High School (SHS) certificate.
• Physically fit, healthy, and well‑built.
• Strong sense of discipline, integrity and responsibility.
• Good observation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and adapt to operational schedules.
• Previous experience in security services is an advantage but not mandatory.
